So Walmart can’t give back change. The little Lady behind this sign said it’s all retailers. I just have to ask who is Hoarding coins. I mean wouldn’t you want the paper bills that say they are worth more money? (I had to end on a sarcastic note. Because Walmart effectively kept .58 cents from me). I would have used my card but it got a fraud alert and isn’t functioning at the Moment. And the other lady said that when I got in the self check out that I had to go over to a real line because it was only debit. She didn’t tell me we don’t have change so regardless of real line or machines counting my money I’m only getting paper back. So all in all. Here Are the questions that we as individuals should be asking, who is Hoarding the Change? Because they are not really made of precious metals anymore. And there was a lot of people in the regular lines and imagine if all those people don’t get their change back and Walmart keeps it, how much money Walmart is making off doing absolutely nothing. Or target or any retailer for that matter.
